Every time i come in not only do the staff remember me and my very specific needs, they are quite literally the most wonderful people. They take their time to explain everything & make sure i get exactly what i need and do it with a smile on their faces. i know good people still exist in the world because they work here!!!!! bonus points because whoever is on aux is doing it right.

I have ordered here a few times before, and it usually goes well, but today I spent 30 minutes trying to place an order online. It wouldn't accept any of my payment methods, no matter how many times I tried and confirmed all of the information. There was nothing wrong on my end, as I just went to a different local dispensary's website, and it checked me out just fine on the first try. I called to ask if there was any way they could help me work around this issue so that I could still place an order with them, and they weren't willing to provide me with any solutions. Unfortunately, you have lost my business due to this.

Its great service here usually, rather disappointed today. I've been shopping here for awhile now weekly, and I'm always told to save my packaging incase I need a refund. The vape I purchased from here malfunctioned and burned all of the product inside, I attempted to return it with original packaging and was told that its actually full and not empty, despite me looking at the clearly empty cartridge. the employee asks me to take a hit of it and i do, it tastes like burnt plastic and weed. I'm told the best he can do is give me a 20% discount on my next purchase because it clearly works fine and is still full (it was empty and burnt). he also tells me that he knows these products are faulty and people have issues with them all the time: "its hit or miss" yet they still sell them to their customers and still wouldn't replace my purchase. The employee was very helpful and nice but the service was not satisfactory.

Been buying from here for years and they have great selection and stuff. But last two times I bought including today I’ve been getting less than what I bought and what I’m paying for. I measured this time with a scale on how much I’ve been given which is 2 grams, I buy 3.5 g.

Easily one of my favourite dispensaries in Oshawa for the staff. Everyone's always friendly and happy to answer questions or provide suggestions and the vibe is always fantastic. Depending on the day I'll sometimes use the self serve stations, but if I see Owen in particular at the counter I go right over - he's literally never steered me wrong and every recommendation he's ever given me has been exactly what I'm looking for! Thanks for the help today Owen and Tyrell!

I’ve been in store a couple times and recently used delivery (which is free so why not if it works for you).

Regarding delivery: you get a nice text before arrival! The driver Shareef was really nice, super professional (I asked him to come to the basement entrance, he made sure and asked which side to come to and waited patiently for me at the gate), he made small talk around my purchase which was cool to do, and it came across super genuine not forced. ((We both think Coterie is a decent company and I just picked up something new from them! which is a pretty good smokeee, really happy.

This location has everything! So many options and options that other stores never seem to have- so i just keep on coming back!
